Get to Know BayLeigh

From a very young age, BayLeigh has been interested in pop culture and fascinated by storytelling; in college, she became interested in how storytelling and media serve as a rhetorical artifact. To combine her interests, BayLeigh decided to explore the ways music acts as a rhetorical artifact by analyzing Beyoncé's music videos. As a creator, her main goal was to move beyond the paper not only to fully demonstrate fully how rhetoric is present in digital media but also make it more accessible.

Curious by nature, BayLeigh always strive to learn more about the world and the unique story everyone has to share. From pop culture to visual rhetoric, her portfolios features content that explores all of these interests and more. She enjoys writing and discussing what she's passionate about, which is why she was excited to launch her personal site in hopes her portfolio will serve as an opportunity to explore her creativity, showcase her growth as a writer, and share all of her work in one space.
